Our group lessons are given by professional fitness instructors, Whatever lesson you are interested in, we will make it unforgettable and enjoyable. We have a big variation of live lessons like: spinning, trampo class, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, BBB, HIIT, Bodypump,…

The advantages of live group lessons are: target different muscle groups, increase endurance, get better flexibility, enhance cardiovascular health, level-up your maximum power, better range of motion, and a lot of fun!



Boxing is a full-body workout as it engages the entire upper and lower body. Boxing workouts allow you to stimulate muscle fibers that you have never used before. In our classes there is no grade needed.



On the trampoline, you’re instructed to run, stomp, and perform jumping jacks and many more on great inspiring music. It’s less hard on your joints even though you’re exercising quite intensely because the pad absorbs 75% of the impact.



We don't need to explain these letters... there’s kettlebell swings, planks, squats, jumping jack's and dumbbell side raises involved. Powerful workout guaranteed but in a funny atmosphere.


Yoga / Pilates

Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, range of motion, strength, balance and posture flexibility. Yoga brings the body and mind together and is built on three main elements – exercise, breathing and meditation.


Heart health is one of the most obvious benefits of Spinning, as is lung capacity. Spinning may help you build muscle definition, increase endurance, cardiovascular health in addition to burning unwanted body fat. Generally, spinning focuses on your core muscles, buttocks, and thighs.
